New Julius-Tandler-Platz takes shape

It will become the new heart of the city with lots of greenery and opportunities for stay: the former Mercury area in the middle of Waldbröl. The construction work on the site is going well and the next section is almost finished, the city has announced.

The transformation of Julius-Tandler-Platz in the ninth district goes into the next phase. On the forecourt of the Franz-Josefs-Bahnhof a 8,000 square meter area has already been unsealed. Now the laying of the bright paving stones is underway.
