New court date for Theodore man, accused of assaulting police officer

REGINA - A Theodore man arrested after allegedly assaulting a Regina City Police officer, has appeared in court again. On the afternoon of March 7, the officer spotted an unregistered vehicle in the city, and conducted a traffic stop. It's alleged the driver refused to identify himself, then punched the officer twice, before he was finally arrested.
