New Black Eyed Pea planned for former Outback in Fort Collins

Black Eyed Pea, the Englewood-based eatery chain, plans to open a new Fort Collins restaurant at 807 E. Harmony Road this fall, a company representative confirmed Wednesday to BizWest.
