Dubai 5 October 2026 announced a final agreement to acquire a 65% controlling stake in payments, in a deal aimed at expanding the company's presence in the payments sector in the Middle East and North Africa. The transaction is subject to a number of normal conditions and approvals, including regulatory and competition law approvals.
