State Fire Marshal Released After DUI Arrest
(Sparks, NV) — A state fire marshal is now out of jail in Washoe County. Joseph Matthew Rodriguez was arrested on Saturday morning for a misdemeanor DUI charge. He was released later that day. The Nevada Department of Public Safety state fire marshal was allegedly involved in a traffic accident. He’s now suspended from his job, pending an internal investigation. Rodriguez is also a city councilmember in Sparks.
