On 27 September, citizens were called upon to comment on a popular initiative by the sovereignist right to sanctify a more strict neutrality, which would prevent Bern, for example, from punishing a belligerent country.
Switzerland votes on 27 September on the initiative "for the safeguarding of Swiss neutrality". The text wants to include a stricter neutrality in the Constitution. Point J analyses the stakes of this text with Rouven Gueissaz, parliamentary journalist RTS in Bern.
