Trek 2000 International divests stake in Terrenus Energy valued at around S$8.2 million
Technology provider Trek 2000 International announced on Thursday (Jul 17) that it will be disposing its 4.3 per cent stake in Terrenus Energy back to the renewable energy solutions provider, with the net proceeds to be around S$8.2 million.
Iberdrola, through its Brazilian subsidiary Neoenergia, has reported the sale of 6.87% of the capital of the Canoas 3 wind unit, which is part of the Chafariz Complex, to the company Nexus, with which it signed contracts for the sale of electricity. "The operation aims to implement self-production of energy from wind source" by Nexus, which acts in the mining and steel sectors, according to Neoenergia in a statement sent to the financial market.…
The value of the sale of the stake in the Canoas 3 wind project was not disclosed.
