Vujić: The Situation in the Judiciary Is Stable, the Number of Strike Participants Is Decreasing

Minister of Justice Nenad Vujić stated today that the work of the judiciary is returning to normal as an increasing number of workers, who have entered the so-called general strike, are informing court presidents and chief public prosecutors to abandon it.

"Employees in the judiciary who are on strike and not working are entitled to benefits related to social and pension insurance, but not to earnings."
