NDP Leader Jim Dinn has written the Premier seeking clarification on the format to be used for a special sitting of the House of Assembly to debate the new Churchill Falls agreement. The premier has committed to reopening the legislature on September 14th to allow MHAs to examine, question and debate the new agreement.
