- Navi Mumbai International Airport has begun operating a TajSATS flight kitchen ahead of the Winter Schedule 2026–27, which runs from October 25, 2026, to March 27, 2027.
- The kitchen currently serves more than 40 departing flights daily, produces up to 7,500 meals per day, and can expand to 15,000 meals as demand increases.
- The facility serves domestic and international airlines, including local meal uplift for international carriers, and provides special, allergen-sensitive, and halal meals.
- Chief Airport Officer Subhash Murikenchery said the kitchen will help airlines meet rising demand as the airport expands its network.
