National Day of Prayer set for Thursday in city
This year marks the Day of Prayer’s 75th anniversary, and this year’s theme is Glorify God Among the Nations, Seeking Him in All Generations. Locally, the observance will be held at Covered Bridge Park in Elizabethton, beginning at noon. Prayer will be offered for church, family, education, work, military, government and media.
