The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has once again published a photograph by a Czech author as the Astronomical Picture of the Day. The image shows the International Space Station and an aircraft in front of the sun's disk. The author of the photograph, Petr Horálek from the Institute of Physics in Opava, announced this on Tuesday, September 22. Last month, NASA published two photographs by Czech authors in this selection.
