Narco-Clown Doctors: They Pretended to Help Patients, but in Reality, They Were Selling Them Drugs.

It happened at the Petrona V. de Cordero Hospital in San Fernando. The individuals pretended to be "clown doctors" and visited patients, bringing them songs, jokes, and drugs.
