NAEC employee injured earlier this month has died, funeral Friday

The North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (NAEC) employee injured while working earlier this month has died and his funeral will be held Friday. Twenty-four-year-old Rhett Carter was injured Aug. 6 while working in the Ozark Acres area of Sharp County and was flown to a Little Rock hospital. He died Tuesday.
