New knife bin installed in Harrow to help tackle knife crime

A second knife amnesty bin has been installed in Harrow as part of efforts to reduce knife crime and keep dangerous weapons off the streets. The new bin has been placed at Lowlands Recreation Ground, near Harrow College in the town centre.
