Around 9:30 pm on Thursday, January 8, residents of San Miguel reported a heavy fire in one of the pavilions of the Maranguita Youth Center, called 'Nazareno', where inmates set fire to mattresses. At this time, the crash was already controlled by five units of Firefighters who arrived in the area, but an INPE agent was injured.
Neighbors of the area warned that screams were heard inside the establishment. At least five units extinguished the fire after the riots.
