On Friday, October 14, 2022, Lola, who had not returned from middle school, was found dead in a plastic box, in the inner courtyard of the building where she lived.
The 26-year-old Algerian woman will in particular be tried for “the murder of a 15-year-old minor accompanied or preceded by rape, torture or acts of barbarity”, according to the Paris prosecutor's office.
The 25-year-old Algerian woman, who does not suffer from any psychiatric illness, will be tried for “the murder of a 15-year-old minor accompanied or preceded by rape, torture or acts of barbarity” and “rape committed against a minor with torture or acts of barbarity”.
