Police have arrested another accused in the murder case of the only son of a retired Indian Army soldier from Pehowa, Kurukshetra. The accused, Ram Karan alias Balli Ishaq, is a resident of the village of Parvinder Singh alias Gaga. A reward of 5,000 rupees was carried for his arrest.
