On Wednesday, several lawyers denounced a probable collusion between the mayor of the Swiss station of Crans-Montana and a former communal councillor, both interviewed this week in the investigation into the fire of a bar which killed 41 people on New Year's night.
In a statement, the municipality of Crans-Montana does not detect any misconduct in the run-up to the fire disaster.
Kevin Barras, the former political leader of the Security Service of the municipality of Crans-Montana, is interviewed Wednesday as a defendant in the investigation into the fire of the bar Le Constellation. He reports having received the visit of Nicolas Féraud, who was also charged and interviewed on Monday.
