The Bavarian Administrative Court has overturned the ban on cannabis use in the English Garden in Munich.
The Bavarian administrative court has allowed the consumption of cannabis again in Munich's English Garden, as well as in other parks, after an appeal by two users of the substance.
The Kiff ban in the English Garden in Munich will be lifted, and the Administrative Court has thus granted a lawsuit.

In the English Garden in Munich, the Bavarian Verwaltungsgerichtshof ruled on this. Two men had sued against the ban.
The Bayerische Verwaltungsgerichtshof partially restricts the restrictive anti-cannabis course of the Free State. Now it is possible to consume again in the English Garden and probably also in other parks.
