German police have found the mummified body of her 100-year-old mother at the home of an 82-year-old woman in the small Bavarian town of Ruhmannsfelden, the German newspaper Bild reported today. Police suspect the woman hid the body for years so she could continue to receive her mother's 1,500-euro monthly pension.
Police officers make a creepy discovery at the beginning of February in Lower Bavaria. During a house search, they find the mummified corpse of an old woman in the basement. Meanwhile, the daughter is being investigated for suspicion of fraud.
