The Sawyer County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday forenoon June 16 that negotiations are ongoing between Sawyer County officers and a person who entered an unoccupied house on Sun-N-Sno Road on the northeast side of Round Lake Sunday June 15.

SAWYER COUNTY — Authorities have safely taken a Hayward man into custody following an armed standoff that began over the weekend in the Town of Round Lake.
