Mr. Jerry Wayne Moore, age 57, of Vevay, Indiana, entered this life on May 13, 1968 in Madison, Indiana. He was the loving son of the late William R. “Butch” Moore and Judith A. “Judy” (Peters) Moore. Jerry was raised near Mt.
