DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – A driver accused of killing a pedestrian while driving in Detroit Lakes confesses to watching TikTok videos while behind the wheel. Twenty-year-old Mariska Nunn is charged with criminal vehicular homicide. The crash happened on September 3 killing 81-year-old Dean Chadbourne. Nunn is expected in court on February 20.
