DETROIT LAKES, Minn. – A driver accused of killing a pedestrian while driving in Detroit Lakes confesses to watching TikTok videos while behind the wheel. Twenty-year-old Mariska Nunn is charged with criminal vehicular homicide. The crash happened on September 3 killing 81-year-old Dean Chadbourne. Nunn is expected in court on February 20.

Law enforcement found that she watched five TikTok videos in the minutes leading up to the crash, the complaint read.
