NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — A 24-year-old Cranston man has died after a motorcycle crash in North Kingstown. Rhode Island State Police said Parker Smith was traveling north on Route 4 just before 3 a.m. Friday when he lost control of his motorcycle and hit a Jersey barrier along the Story Lane overpass.
