A motorcyclist died in Brampton Saturday night after he struck a pole and was ejected from his motorbike, according to Peel paramedics.

Emergency services responded just before 11 p.m. to the area of Corporation Drive and Chrysler Drive, where they found the rider with life-threatening injuries, Peel police said in a statement.

A vehicle accident leaves a person dead after colliding against a post on Sunday. Chandler police reported that the vehicle was burned after impacting the post at N. Dobson Road and Highland St., around 7:30 p.m. Rescue teams managed to locate the body and remove it from the car. The identity of the victim is unknown. Paramedics who were called to the scene at the intersection of Chrysler Drive and Corporation Drive say they found the driver suffering from severe head injuries.
