Mother of Kyneddi Miller pleads guilty in Boone County felony death-of-a-child case
At a plea hearing in Boone County Circuit Court in Madison, West Virginia, on Nov. 21, 2025, Julie Miller pleaded guilty to death of a child by parent, guardian or custodian. She was charged in April 2024 in death of her 14-year-old daughter, Kyneddi Miller who was found dead in an emaciated state in the Miller family home near Morrisvale, Boone County. The plea was in lieu of a trial.
