An Epsom mosque has been targeted in a suspected Islamophobic vandalism incident.

The Epsom Islamic Centre on Hook Road had graffiti spray-painted on its wall shortly before 1.30 in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Police have condemned the attack and are working with mosque leaders to support the community and step up patrols in the area.
