In St. Petersburg, users complain about the lack of home and mobile Internet, mobile communication, and problems with applications. The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is still coordinating with the special services the opening of a “white list” in Moscow.
Mobile communications have been cut off in Moscow and St. Petersburg ahead of the Victory Day celebrations. Residents report that the Internet is inaccessible in various areas, and some users do not have “white lists”.
