- UNICEF said at least 200 children are reportedly killed in Iran, 91 in Lebanon, four in Israel, and one in Kuwait, with mounting evidence suggesting a February 28 strike on Minab's school killed an estimated 175 children.
- Unicef added 'Civilian infrastructure, including hospitals, schools, and water and sanitation systems – upon which children depend to survive – have been attacked, damaged, or destroyed by parties to the conflict', leaving millions of children out of school and hundreds of thousands displaced.
- A Wednesday letter from US Senate Democratic Caucus urged accountability, as Gordon Brown and UN Secretary-General António Guterres demanded a return to negotiations.
