- The product carries NDC 0363-3114-01 and Walgreens Saline Nasal Spray with Xylitol, 1.5 oz includes lot 71409, expiration 02/28/2027; consumers can contact Medical Products Laboratories Inc. at 9990 Global Road, Philadelphia, PA 19115.
- Earlier this month the FDA assigned a Class II recall, advising consumers to stop using and return the affected nasal spray.
