The former president, one of the authors of the paper, released the public letter this Thursday. Among the more than 200 signatories, former collaborators of the front-ampist government also appear from Chile, among them former ministers Giorgio Jackson and Antonia Urrejola, in addition to the former right arm of Nicolás Grau in Hacienda, Rodrigo Echecopar.
A public letter calls for the defense of democracy, sovereignty and self-determination of the Nicaraguan people in Latin America. The entry Self-determination and sovereignty for Nicaragua was first published in Havana Times.
Former Chilean President Gabriel Boric led the accessions along with former officials of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights such as Antonia Urrejola and Paulo Abrão.
