The proposal that notification of a student's history of violence and conflicts must be given before changing schools is receiving support from municipalities and the police. The bill could be ready by spring.
– When a student changes schools, there must be an obligation to inform the new school if the student has a history of violence and threats, says Geir Røsvoll, leader of the Norwegian Education Association.
