Germany has declared that it will transfer 165 Marder 1A3 infantry fighting vehicles to Ukraine from Bundeswehr and industrial stocks. Of this pool, at least 140 have been delivered so far, and these have been delivered to several units. It is currently difficult to obtain further vehicles of this type for Kyiv, as one of the sources, in the form of industrial stocks, is likely to be "close to drying up" or has already dried up.
