In the early morning hours of Friday 12, a Bolivian-registered tanker truck took off at kilometre 177 of the Panamericana Sur road, causing the oil spill of crude soybean on the road. The unit was traveling to the port of Ilo and was stranded without its driver, not so far. The sinister unit is a white Volvo truck, from the Bolivian plates 5697 FFC (tract) and BC 2757 (cissterna).
