Months after his arrest, Cher's son remains in custody in New Hampshire

Months after two arrests in New Hampshire, Elijah Allman ,the son of Cher and the late Gregg Allman, remains in custody. A judge has paused the Windham burglary case while questions surrounding his legal representation are addressed. Meanwhile, a competency hearing in his separate Concord case stemming from an incident at St. Paul's School is scheduled for October.
