Monroe County jury finds man guilty of law enforcement harassment

SPARTA, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) - A Monroe County jury convicted 52-year-old Jacob Sell of 15 counts related to harassing law enforcement. Sell was found guilty of four counts of telephone harassment and eleven counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
