Arsons at a Monroe County home and at East Stroudsburg University have led to the arrests of two men and a search for a third man as part of a joint police investigation.The three men are accused in connection with the crime of leaving four Molotov cocktails at a home shortly before 5 a.m. Dec. 15, 2023, in the 100 block of Pine Knob Lane in Barrett Township, Monroe County, police said.
