The Hungarian Concession Infrastructure Development Company (MKIF) has initiated the publication of all offers, technical data and parameters related to the future operation of the M6 motorway. According to the company, full transparency is essential for a well-founded professional comparison, especially since the ministry has not yet communicated to them the factual and legal basis for the decision regarding the operation.
They are requesting full disclosure of the offers from Vitézy's ministry.
MKIF does not dispute the government's decision because, according to its own statement, it does not know exactly what facts and legal considerations it was based on. The company therefore wants all offers and technical data related to the M6 motorway to be made public.
