Miracle on Washington Street celebrates 20th anniversary

By Ashlyn Little The Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce will be hosting its 20th annual Miracle on Washington Street this Saturday in downtown DeRidder. The theme this year is “Buddy the Elf.” The festivities begin at 9 a.m. and end with the lighted parade at 5:30 p.m. When the festival began in 2005 it looked quite different than it does today.
