The UN climate change conference COP28 began at the Dubai Exhibition Centre on Thursday. The two-week meeting of nearly 200 countries on further joint action against climate change is being chaired by UAE Minister of Industry and head of ADNOC state oil company, Sultan Jabir. He called on the conference participants to change their minds, quickly agree on the conference agenda and work effectively.
