Moorhead cannabis dispensary set to open soon

MOORHEAD, Minn. – A new cannabis dispensary will soon open in Moorhead. It’s operated by the White Earth Nation and will begin business March 1 at the old JL Beers building on Highway 10. CEO Zach Wilson says they will only accept customers who are 21 or older and who have a legal ID. Wilson adds cannabis for sale is “a medicine before anything else” and has been tested.

MOORHEAD — The Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management has officially opened applications for licenses to sell cannabis. Anyone hoping to open a dispensary can apply for a license until March 14. Steve Rosenfeldt, owner of Ediblez OTC, has applied for a license. He believes the hemp industry will now be swallowed up by the marijuana industry.
