Russian forces struck a dry cargo in the Black Sea 30 kilometres south of Odessa, and according to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the vessel was transporting military cargo and dual-use goods intended for the support of the US.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that military industrial and energy facilities in the Kiev and Dnipropetrovsk regions, as well as a ship carrying military cargo to the port of Odessa, were struck in the Black Sea. According to the statement, high-precision weapons and drones were used in the attacks.
