Treasury and Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek stated that Türkiye is in an advantageous position in terms of global debt, saying, "Türkiye's low total debt level increases its resilience to economic shocks. Thanks to low debt, the ability to respond to economic shocks and maintain reasonable growth is higher."
Treasury and Finance Minister Şimşek spoke at the opening of the 19th Verona Eurasian Economic Forum.
