FORT CHIPEWYAN — Mikisew Cree First Nation will be holding a runoff election after its general election resulted in a tie for the final seat on council. The runoff vote is scheduled for July 3 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and will determine whether Lawrence Noel Courteoreille or Eddie James McDonald fills the remaining council position.
