Microsoft has released its in-house distribution Azure Linux 4.0 for the first time as ISO for everyone to download. However, a desktop operating system is not the Fedora offshoot: the system targets servers and containers in the Azure cloud.
After a first announcement in May, Microsoft has now for the first time made available its own Linux distribution in the form of ISO files for everyone to download. It is still a preview that should not be used productively. (Read more)

Microsoft has made available downloadable ISO files for Azure Linux 4, a Fedora-derived distribution.
