The European Commission's former chief Brexit negotiator says the European Union's door remains open to Britain if it wishes to rejoin the bloc in the future. Speaking in London on the 10th anniversary of the Brexit referendum, Michel Barnier said that leaving had brought more losses than gains. He stressed, however, that any return would only be possible with full acceptance of EU rules.
