- On Tuesday, MHR Capital Group announced plans for The District Residences, a Phase II mixed-use development in Kennewick, Washington, featuring approximately 436 residential units across 642,000 square feet adjacent to Three Rivers Convention Center and AC Hotel by Marriott Kennewick.
- Continued progress on the adjacent AC Hotel by Marriott and Three Rivers Convention Center expansion prompted the announcement, as both venues are expected to serve as major catalysts for regional tourism and economic development in collaboration with the City of Kennewick and Kennewick Public Facilities District.
- The development will include studio through three-bedroom residences with premium upper-level units, ground-floor retail, structured parking, and rooftop amenities.
