Spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Heorhiy Tykhyi, commenting on calls by Deputy Chairman of the Russian State Duma Pyotr Tolstoy to bomb Ukrainian cities, said that such statements should serve as grounds for an arrest warrant by the International Criminal Court.
“Such statements should lead to the issuance of an arrest warrant for the ICC” - the Foreign Ministry responded to the words of the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Foreign Minister Georgy Tykhy condemned the calls of the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Tolstoy. He stated that such statements should lead to extradition arrest warrant of the ICC.
