Who is ‘El Profe’, leader of the Mexican mafia that offered protection to ‘El Chapo’ in U.S. prison?
The U.S. Department of Justice accused Ronaldo Mudrano Ayala, alias ‘El Profe’, on Friday, January 17, of organized crime and trafficking in controlled substances through an association with the Sinaloa Cartel. According to a U.S. government document, the indictment against 74-year-old Mudrano Ayala and other members of the criminal organization was made on December 19, last year by California’s interim prosecutor, Michele Beckwith.
